1. GET A REFUND!

A refund means that we return the cost of the textiles to you. You need to contact us within 48 hours of the day the textiles arrive. Refunds are processed without charge as soon as we receive the textiles in perfect condition right back to us. Kindly contact us to find out if you qualify for a refund.

2. LET'S EXCHANGE!

An exchange means that we swap with textiles you have issues with another pair of textiles of the same style or a different style. Exchange is only available to clients within Nigeria. For this to be effective, you must contact us within 24 hours of the day the textiles arrive.

Yes!!! We call you before coming to give you an opportunity to be around when your package arrives so you can try it on.
If there’s an issue, give it back to the rider immediately, please.
